If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order or it cannot be returned- no exceptions. A photo of the incorrect item/manufacturer defect must be included in your email. Once we’ve received the photos and it has been determined the item is defective, we will email you a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back and we’ll apply a store credit once we receive your return.
If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our office it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on or holes to items when opening packages with scissors-this is not a manufacturer defect.
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY and does not include original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend that you send the item(s) back using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit to us.
You must send an email to email@example.com and complete this form to notify us of the return. The item and form must be shipped back and postmarked within 10 days of the ship date. The original tag must remain attached. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted.
If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or is not received by us within 14 days of delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your item(s) will be donated to charity after 14 days of our receipt.
